Paint Correction / Ceramic Coating
1. **Wash and Decontamination:**
- Thoroughly wash the vehicle to remove surface dirt and debris.
- Decontaminate the paint using a clay bar or chemical decontamination to remove embedded contaminants like industrial fallout and tar.
2. **Paint Inspection:**
- Inspect the paint under proper lighting to identify imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and water spots.
3. **Paint Correction (if necessary):**
- Perform paint correction using machine polishers and appropriate polishing compounds to remove imperfections and restore the paint's clarity and gloss.
- Multiple polishing stages may be required, starting from a heavier cutting compound to finer polishes for refining.
4. **Panel Wiping:**
- Clean the paint thoroughly with an IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) solution or panel wipe to remove any remaining polish residues and oils, ensuring a clean surface for ceramic coating.
5. **Ceramic Coating Application:**
- Apply ceramic coating to the clean and prepared paint surface in a controlled environment.
- Use applicator pads or cloths to evenly distribute the coating over small sections at a time.
